Customer Booking Guide For Cosychats.com

This is a Customer booking guide for Customers of the website CosyChats who’s mission is to help parents.   This guide details how bookings are made on the website Cosychats.com To read this guide in full will take 5 minutes or so.

👍🏼To Make a Booking on CosyChats

👍🏼Choose the person who is most able to help and support you. There is a search function by subject or name or categories to help you.

Once You Have Selected the Right Person For You.

👍🏼From the Calendar, Select the start date of the booking.

👍🏼Select Time, select the duration of the bookings, booking are made in 10 minute blocks.

👍🏼If you require another session in the same week you can book is here by selecting ‘Select Time’ for that day.

👍🏼Select from the drop down box the number of weeks you wish to repeat the booking for.  One off select 1, for multiple weeks select the number of weeks required.

👍🏼Confirmation of your booking is displayed. Select Payment and you are taken to the secure Worldpay environment

👍🏼Continue to the Payment Screen. Your Booking information is displayed and total cost.

👍🏼Enter Your Payment Details

Are my Payment Details Safe and stored on Cosychats.com?

Your payment is made through WorldPay, one of the biggest payment providers in the world.  You do enter any payment information on Cosychats.com.  You are directed to the secure  Worldpay screen to input your payment details. Cosychats does not and cannot record or store you payment details.  Your payment is securely handled by Wordpay on behalf of Cosychats.

👍🏼Your Booking is Completed.

You should receive a confirmation email. Please check your SPAM folder. Your chosen Parent will contact you to arrange the meetings.

What Is A Booking On Cosychats.com?

The Cosychats.com website hosts experienced and knowledgeable parents who are available to share their parenting wisdom and experience.   Each parent can be booked for a virtual Cosy Chat.

When Does a Booking Occur and Who Is It With?

The Customer can choose which of the compassionate and understanding parents listed on Cosychats.com they wish to speak to.  The customer selects the time and dates they wish to speak and for how long.

What Happens During a Booking?

The customer receives the help and support they require.  This could be practical support with a specific issue or more general support through information and knowledge sharing.

Why do you call a booking a Cosy Chat?

We call booking Cosy Chats, as the people on Cosychats.com who have lived experience and parenting knowledge are not therapists or counselors. The cosy chats support call is less formal and more cosy.

What do we talk about during a Cosy Chat booking?

You can talk as little or as much as you wish.  Parents on Cosychats.com have a wide an varied experience.  Customers may ask specific questions or seek guidance on a parenting issue. ‘how do i get my child into a bedtime sleep routine that works’. Alternatively discuss a parenting experience ‘why do I find it difficult to communicate calmly with my daughter.’

Parents on Cosychats.com have wide and varied parenting knowledge and experience they can share.

Can I talk on the booking?

Absolutely you can talk, express emotions. Parents on Cosychats.com understand how difficult it can be to be a parent.  They understand that parenting can be overwhelming.

Customers can and should use the booking time how they wish and for their benefit.  The understanding and experienced parents on Cosychats.com know  how difficult being a parent can be and sometimes customers just need someone who listens to them.

Are Bookings on Cosychats.com Safe and Confidential?

People who register on cosychats.com agree to a confidentiality clause.  The exception being if a safe guarding issue is identified.   Customer control the information they provide during the Cosy Chat.  Customers do not need to disclose any personal information as part of the booking or the Cosy Chat.

Also Cosy Chats are completed on line from the comfort of the customers safe space. There is no requirement to meet in person or disclose any personal information.

Will the Customer be judged for their parenting skills during the Cosy Chat booking?

Parents on Cosychats.com know and understand how hard it can be to be a parent. They understand parenting and don’t judge or shame another parent.  There are no silly questions that be asked on a Cosy Chat booking.

Parents on Cosychats.com also understand being a parent can be overwhelming.  There are no perfect parents. Every parent learns something new every day. Every parent makes mistakes.
