CosyChats.com strives to ensure the integrity and reputation of its website is maintained. To ensure customers have the confidence to continue to use our site but we are realistic enough to realise that from time to time disputes between Customers and Service Providers may occur. CosyChats.com is able to assist and provide adjudication, as a last resort.

Refunds
Firstly, in instances where the service provided by the Service Provider has not been satisfactory or the Service Provider has not acted in a reasonable manner. We will adjudicate and where appropriate make a refund and endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Please see our Refund Policy. Please email contact@CostChats.com.

Resolution
Where we judge it appropriate, we will facilitate and adjudicate engagement to endeavor to resolve any dispute. We do not provide the Service. We would expect all parties to have made every effort to resolve the dispute before contacting CosyChats.Com

Where we adjudicate we will take a reasonable and fair approach. We will consider and review the Service provided and be reasonable and fair in our decision. We will treat all parties fairly.

CosyChats.com will adjudicate to provide what it considers a fair decision.

CosyChats.Com will never profit from any dispute and actively encourages resolution of any dispute.

If you are still dissatisfied you may challenge our decision. This matter can be adjudicated again. This decision will be final though. Life is too short.

Before raising a dispute to Cosychats.Com, please make sure you have exhausted every opportunity to amicably resolve the dispute.  If you really have been unable to reach a satisfactory agreement please contact us. Please detail the nature of the service, the reason for dispute and your booking reference.
