CosyChats.com is a webitse thats hosts experienced and compassionate parents (Cosy chatters) who are able to share their experience and knowledge to help other parents.
We know being a parent can be hard and help for parents can be scarce. In our experience speaking to someone who has experienced what you have been through is very helpful.
Also many parents can feel alone even though they are surrounded by friends and family. Support groups can be too group focused and parents sometimes feel unheard. What Every Parent Needs To Know is that they are not alone.
Cosychats is designed to fill this gap and provide help to parents that is tailored, specific, compassionate and understanding in a judgement and guilt free safe space for parents.
Cosy Chatters have a huge and varied experience and are passionate about parenting .
What is a CosyChatter (Service Provider)?
Cosy Chatters are REAL parents with REAL experience of being a parent and are able to provide help to parents. Cosy chatters are able to share their life experience and knowledge.
Parenting experience can be varied and each Cosy chatter has a dedicated Bio page to detail their experience and knowledge. This information provides what every parent needs to know about their Cosy chatter.
What is a Cosy Chat?
We call them Cosy chats as that’s what they are. A friendly and confidential chat. A safe space to provide help for parents. Cosy chats can be booked on a one off or regular basis.
Cosy Chats are done virtually or via phone. Your chosen Cosy Chatter will call you at the booked time.
Cosy Chatters share their knowledge and experience.
What do we talk about?
Customers choose the perfect Cosy chatter for them. The Cosy chatter who best suits the customers needs. The customer controls the conversation and information provided.
Customer may someone to listen and understand them. Customers may need specific information or the assurance of the Cosy chatters experience. Cosy chats does dictate what can be discussed although Cosy Chatters do make certain agreements in regard to confidentially and acting in good faith for example.
How do the Customer bookings work?
Bookings are made directly through CosyChats.com, we will send you a confirmation email and booking details will appear on your personal bookings page. Your chosen Service Provider will call you at the booked time.
Do Customers have to provide personal details?
No our registration page accepts any name you choose and you control the information you share with your chosen Cosy chatter.
CosyChats recommends that customers do not share personal information.
Can I book a service for someone else?
Yes, there is facility within the booking process to book for another parent who needs help.
Please select ‘Select if you are booking for another person’ within the booking process.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is made through our global third-party payment provider World Pay. Worldpay UK processes approximately 40% of all UK Card Transactions.

Your payment is made from the Worldpay payment page. CosyChats.Com does retain or record your payment details.
When is my Service Provider paid?
Your Cosy Chatter will raise an Invoice for the Cosy Chats they have provided. If you have any concerns about the service you have been provided please contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the situation.

Can I cancel the Cosy Chat?
You can cancel the Service at any time. Please email contact@CosyChats.com and confirm your Booking ID, Cancellation confirmation and explanation.
Can I leave a review?
Yes, you will receive a link to leave a review. We encourage you to leave a review. Rviews provide othr parents to come forward and receive the help they require. Ensuring help for parents is a key desire for Cosychats
If you are in any way dissatisfied with CosyChats.com or your Cosy chatter please contact us at contact@CosyChats.com immediately.
What happens if a Cosy Call overruns?
With the agreement of your chosen Cosy chatter you can use already booked minutes for future Cosy chats or make another booking for the over run minutes being used to.
Cosy chats wants to be as flexible as possible and supports help for parents.

Do you donate to charity?
Yes, we will donate a minimum 10% of our profits to children’s charities.

Cosy chats are completed online with minimal environmental waste.
Cosy chatters work from home in existing environments and do not require any additional resources.

Cosychats supports help for parents in an environmentally friendly way. This we hope reduces the need for dedicated buildings, additional resource and travel emissions to provide help for parents.
