Refunds will apply if;
· The Service Provider has failed to contact the Customer at the correct time, or
· The Service Provider has misrepresented their experience or abilities or not provided the Service as described, or
· The Customer is dissatisfied with the Service provided, as detailed above, or
· The Customer or Service Provider cancel the Service at any time, or
· CosyChats.com has adjudicated in a dispute and judged a refund is due, please see our dispute resolution policy.
Please contact us if you wish to request a refund, please detail the reason why a refund is due and your Booking Reference.

Cosychats.com will act fairly in all instances. CosyChats.com will never profit from any dispute and actively encourage resolution. Life is too short.
CosyChats.com may at its discretion pass on bank charges or apply an administration charge should such charges be applicable.
