I am a first time Mum to a young boy (7 months). I offer services for your wellbeing and new mums. We all know being a mum is hard - even with support, so it's good to talk about it! Before we conceived our little one we did have a miscarriage at around 8-10 weeks. It was a hard time for our family as we also lost my mother in law three weeks later. Luckily we conceived our boy 4 months after, but navigating pregnancy and loss was a disorienting experience. We were so happy to have our boy, but, even still, we find it hard that my MIL isn't around to meet him. Our little boy also has complex medical needs as he has been diagnosed with Haemophilia B when he was 4 months old. As a family this was a shock as we are still unsure if this was passed down or not. We are learning what life will be like for our boy, and how we can help him live life to the fullest.
