Hi, my name is Marrian and I am a new mum myself, with my first baby born in September 2023. I’ve gained valuable knowledge within this time, including experience with mild colic. Not only do I have insights into raising my own child, but I’ve also interacted with other people’s children. Alongside parenthood, I’m on a personal journey toward fitness and health, which includes both mental and physical health. I’m here to share my experiences and offer any advice you might need.
