Hi my name is Sarah. I'm a 28yo mother of 4, three girls and a boy ages between 10yo-9m. I work in a college supporting young adults who have learning disabilities. I am also the 2nd born of 8 kids the youngest being 9yo, so I've spent quite a bit life around children. My parenthood journey has been, crazy, fun, challenging, exhausting and rewarding all at the same time, every day brings something new. In general I would say I'm an open minded, down to earth, happy person who finds fulfilment in helping others, I want people to know that when they are in my presence they are safe, cared for and understood. The services I provide are well being, kids and new parents, In our sessions you will have the opportunity to express yourself freely. If you have any concerns, goals you want to achieve or just need a chat with a friendly face, I am here to listen. Being a teen mum was hard, I was placed in a mother and baby foster placement where I received the support I needed. I have Irish twins so having 2 children within a year, leaving a toxic relationship in 2020 and becoming a single mother having to navigate life in a new area with 3 small children whilst dealing with my own mental health. To being told I wouldn't be able to have anymore children then becoming pregnant a year later. I may not have all the answers but I hope that with my experiences I am able to aid and inspire someone else's journey.
