Step By Step Booking Guide.
🗓️Choose the parent who is most able to help and support you. There is a search function by parenting subject or parent name.
Once You Have Selected the Right Person For You.
🗓️From the Calendar, Select the start date of the booking.
🗓️Select Time, select the duration of the bookings, booking are made in 10 minute blocks.
🗓️If you require another session in the same week you can book it here by selecting ‘Select Time’ for that day.
🗓️Select from the drop down box the number of weeks you wish to repeat the booking for. One off select 1, for multiple weeks select the number of weeks required.
🗓️Confirmation of your booking is displayed. Select Payment and you are taken to the secure Worldpay environment.
🗓️Continue to the Payment Screen. Your Booking information is displayed and total cost.
🗓️Enter Your Payment Details and Select Confirm.
Your payment is made through WorldPay, one of the biggest payment providers in the world. You do enter any payment information on Cosychats.com. You are directed to the secure Worldpay screen to input your payment details. Cosychats does not and cannot record or store you payment details. Your payment is securely handled by Wordpay on behalf of Cosychats.
🗓️Your Booking is Completed.
🗓️You will receive a confirmation email. Please check your SPAM folder. Your chosen Parent will contact you to arrange the meetings.
Your Booking Page.
Confirmation of your booking will appear on your booking page. You chosen parenting support parent will contact you with meeting details.
