As a 56-year-old single dad from Wrexham, North Wales, caring for both my 14-year-old son with dyspraxia and my mum, I understand the unique challenges families face. With qualifications in Fitness, Psychology, NLP, Life Coaching, and teaching (PGCE/Cert.Ed), plus experience in retail, customer service, acting, singing, and radio presenting, I bring a broad skill set to CosyChats as a parent and guide/support. Supporting my wonderful son these past 14-15 years has taught me practical strategies for building confidence, especially around physical activities and wellbeing. I offer support and guidance for parents and families using NLP and drama-based techniques to boost self-confidence, assertiveness, communication, and overall wellbeing.
