The CosyChats Support Service Explained.

Customers can browse bios of support parents registered on the CosyChats.com. Customers can choose from one of the seven parenting categories on cosychats.com or search on a specific topic from the home page.

Customers find the best support parent that has the most relevant experience and/or knowledge that matches their needs.

Customers book personalised support sessions with their chosen support parent. All sessions are on line and tailored for the customers needs.

Support provided in sessions can be practical and/or emotional. Support sessions are the customers safe space, free from judgement and shame, where they can discuss any parenting issue they wish and receive the help and support they require.

The customer is assured all questions and emotions are valid. No question is too small and no issue too big. The customer is in control and can use the personalised parent support session time as they wish.

Customers benefit from the support parents experience and knowledge but also validation of their feelings from an experienced support parent.  Support parents understand how difficult parenting can be and can show empathy and understanding of the customers needs.

Customers can book sessions with different support parents to gain broader parenting experience and knowledge.

Why was CosyChats created?

CosyChats was created because we believe being a parent has never been harder, more demanding or lonelier.

Information overload, fake news and ‘loudest voice wins’ group chats have created parenting support vacuums.  While official support for parents is patchy.

Cosychats wishes to provide customers a viable solution to access effect parent support that is readily available but also compassionate and understanding. CosyChats website hosts over 60 support parents who can provide a broad range of parent support.
