Refund & Cancellation Policy
At CosyChats, we aim to keep things simple, fair, and respectful for everyone using the platform.
CosyChats is an introduction service connecting parents for private, one-to-one conversations. Bookings are arrangements between individuals, and we encourage open communication to manage any changes.
🤝 Flexibility First
We understand that plans can change.
If a conversation needs to be moved or missed:
You are encouraged to contact the other parent as soon as possible
If you both agree on a new time, the booking can be rearranged without penalty
📆 Cancellations & Notice Periods
Where a new time cannot be agreed, the following applies:
More than 24 hours’ notice
→ Full refund or reschedule
Less than 24 hours’ notice
→ 50% of the booking cost may be retained to reflect the reserved time
No notice / missed conversation
→ Non-refundable
⚠️ When a Full Refund May Be Considered
A full refund may be issued where:
The other parent does not attend the agreed time
The conversation cannot take place due to technical or access issues
There is a clear issue with the booking arrangement

We aim to review requests within 2 working days.
🧾 Platform Role
CosyChats facilitates bookings and payments but does not take part in conversations between users.
While we may review issues raised, CosyChats does not mediate or oversee individual interactions.
⚖️ Final Decisions
Where a dispute cannot be resolved between individuals, CosyChats may review the situation and make a final decision based on the information available.
