Always consider the other person, and appreciate that sometimes the best course of action maybe not to proceed with the booking.
If its not working don’t continue for the sake of it.
Be clear about when the Service call starts and finishes. If a Service call is going to overrun this must be clear to both parties and that future call slots will be used up or an alternative booking raised to compensate for the cost of the overrun.
Always maintain a professional and emotional distance, a Service is being provided and paid for. Becoming emotionally involved may mean you are not able to provide and receive the best and most appropriate Service.
