1. Write a Bio That Connects
Parents aren't looking for a professor; they’re looking for a peer. Someone who understands them, who won't judge but will help.
Being Specific Helps: "I’m a mum of two," is fine but "I’ve navigated the whirlwind of twins and the challenges of secondary school transitions. Is more specific."
Share Your 'Specialism': Mention specific experiences like IVF, neurodiversity, adoption, or surviving the "terrible twos." It all counts!
Keep it Warm: Use "I" statements and let your personality shine through. Imagine you’re introducing yourself over a coffee.

Please consider your first sentence. To make a great first impression on CosyChats, your opening sentence needs to balance personality with the service you provide. It’s the "hook" that turns a browser into a caller.

2. Create a Winning Intro Video
A short video (30–60 seconds) builds instant trust.
The Setting: Find a quiet, well-lit spot (natural light from a window is best!).
The Script: Keep it simple. “Hi, I’m [Name]. I’ve been through [Experience], and I’m here to offer a listening ear and practical tips. I can’t wait to chat with you.”
