Hi, I’m Tia. My experience as a mum has been shaped by the beautiful chaos of multiple children and twins, but also by the quieter, harder moments. I’ve navigated the journey of postnatal depression and lived through the reality of mental health struggles while trying to keep the wheels turning for my family. I know what it’s like to balance mum burnout with the needs of neurodivergent children, and I’ve felt the isolation that can come with miscarriage. I’m on CosyChats because I believe we shouldn't have to carry these experiences in silence. I’m not here as a professional or a clinician—I’m here as a peer.
