Bio :
Hi, Im Georgia! I am a mother to my young daughter as well as being in my partners daughters life for the last 6 years. I have a background in early years and special needs as well as private tutoring. I have spent a few years working with ages 0-4 in a nursery before moving on to a special needs school where I worked with children between age 4 and 9. I have knowledge of the school curriculum and development matters and I have taken all of this knowledge to help me support SEN children also. I then embarked on tutoring weekly to deliver Maths and English lessons. I have worked very closely with families helping them to adapt to the ever changing experience of family life and parenting and the challenges we all face. Aside from my career I have had a lot of life experiences in the period of time before I had my daughter. From being told at the age of 19 I wouldn’t be able to have children, rejection for IVF, conceiving then loosing pregnancies and the heavy mental load that weighs you down so much it’s hard to survive. Navigating times like these feel impossible and can make you feel so vulnerable and alone and I had nobody to relate to. A few years later I managed to conceive again and embarked further along the pregnancy journey than ever before but my joy was quickly replaced with anxiety after having lots of medical issues and after my daughter was born very traumatically I really struggled to adjust to my new life and suffered with OCD. I would love to help other families going through infertility, loss, the journey of pregnancy and everything that comes along after. It is so important to have someone to talk to weather that may be for advice, or just a general chat to get things off your chest and speak to somebody you can relate to. My services are broad and I can tailor my knowledge to suit all of your individual needs whether that be helping your children with their education, changes in routine, bed and meal time plans, helping you to deal with challenging behaviours or situations, the journey of SEN, going through loss, trying to convince, pregnancy and beyond and many more topics. I am at hand for any of your needs and would be honoured to be a part of your journey.
