Hi, I'm Clare, I'm a mum to two wonderful boys aged 12 and 14. When my eldest was born I left my career in fashion to raise my children and had my second son two years later. Whilst pregnant with my second son, my sister suddenly died and I was left trying to grieve with a toddler and a newborn baby. Shortly after I suffered a miscarriage and had a challenging year personally. I later returned to the world of work as a classroom assistant and then retrained to become a transformative life coach. I now juggle being a wife, mum and dog owner with running a business. Lie is full and busy, hard and wonderful all at once. I found that each of these big life events challenged my identity, as well as smaller ones like my children reaching various milestones and life stages of their own. Having someone to talk to is invaluable, especially someone who can relate. Whatever stage of parenting you are at and whether you're in times of change, adjusting to new phases of life, or navigating your own experiences alongside parenting, I would love to support you.
