I am a compassionate and approachable support professional with a genuine passion for helping parents feel heard, understood and reassured. As a parent myself to three children aged 2, 10 and 10, I understand the realities of family life at very different stages, including the moments that can feel overwhelming or isolating. My personal experience has shaped my calm and empathetic approach, and I truly believe that no parent should ever feel judged for asking for support.
My family journey has given me a deep understanding of both additional needs and medical challenges. My two year old stepson has special educational needs including ADHD and autism, and my ten year old daughter has a heart condition and has undergone surgery. Navigating appointments, emotions, uncertainty and advocacy has strengthened my resilience and empathy. It has also reinforced how vital it is for parents to have a safe and confidential space to talk openly without fear of judgement.
I aim to create a supportive environment where parents and parents to be can share their thoughts, concerns and questions. I believe that every worry matters, whether it feels small or significant, and that having someone truly listen can make a meaningful difference. My approach is grounded in kindness, professionalism and respect, ensuring every conversation is handled with care and sensitivity.
I am committed to safeguarding, confidentiality and ongoing learning so that I can provide the highest standard of support. I understand how important trust is when supporting families, and I take that responsibility seriously. I am proud to support parents at every stage of their journey, offering reassurance, understanding and encouragement when it is needed most.
